We've been in the exterior restoration business for decades. In that time, we've replaced hundreds of roofs, restored thousands of linear feet of siding, and helped countless St. Louis families navigate the aftermath of some of the worst storm seasons this area has seen.

Owner, Conrad Restoration ServicesI've been in the roofing and restoration business for over 30 years. In that time, I've seen what separates the contractors homeowners trust from the ones they don't — and it comes down to two things: attention to detail and actually caring about the people you're helping.
Whether a customer is navigating an insurance claim for the first time or trying to figure out how to afford a new roof without a large upfront payment, my job is to make that process as straightforward as possible. I don't believe in cutting corners, and I don't disappear when the job gets complicated.
I've lived in the St. Louis area my entire life. This is my community. The people I work for are my neighbors — and I treat every job like it's my own home on the line.
